In March 2023, I was about to do my first ever Olympic triathlon at Mooloolaba, and I was looking at the WYN Republic tri suits at the expo beforehand. I spotted this suit and absolutely loved it, so I said to my friend, "I'm going to wear that when I do my first half-Ironman." She kind of laughed because I hadn't even done an Olympic at that point, but 6 months later, I did what I said and bought it for the Sunny Coast 70.3, so it felt really special. It fit perfectly, was super comfortable, protected me from the sun, felt speedy, and looked awesome. My friends also told me the suit made it easy to spot me from a distance for photos and cheering. I also loved how easy to access the pocket at the back is - previously I've struggled to get to my gels while on the bike but the sideways pocket really helped, so I didn't have any nutrition dramas. I've worn a few different tri suit brands and I would definitely highly recommend this suit - 7 hours in it and I still loved it so that's saying something! The size was spot on as per the size chart - I bought a S as that's what my measurements matched, but I am an XS in other brands so it is worth checking your measurements against the chart.
