From initial design concepts to the final product arriving at your door, the custom process typically takes 12–14 weeks. We recommend starting the process well in advance of your event, race, or season to ensure plenty of time for design, production, and delivery.

Absolutely! Whether you have a fully developed vision or just a logo and a few ideas, our in-house design team will help bring your kit to life. For teams with 25 or more active athletes, we offer a fully custom design experience, creating a unique kit that reflects your team's identity. For teams with fewer than 25 active athletes, we offer semi-custom design options using our premium templates. This streamlined approach makes the design process faster and more cost-effective while still allowing you to personalize your apparel with your team's logos, colors, and branding.
Once the design is finalized with our team and submitted to the factory (typically 1 week process), turn around for production takes approximately 8–12 weeks. Please note that due to the personalized nature of this product, exchanges and returns are not available.
No! We have no minimum order requirements, making it easy to outfit teams of any size—from a single athlete to an entire club. Pricing is based on the quantity ordered for each product and gender. The more units ordered within a product category, the lower the cost per piece. We'll work with you to find the best pricing based on your team's needs and help you build a custom order that fits your budget.
While we are unable to expedite the 8-12 week production process, expedited shipping once your order is ready may be available to your location. Please reach out to us before your order ships to to enquire on expedited shipping.
We offer three flexible ordering options to fit the needs of your team or organization:
Individual Orders-Perfect for individuals or small groups. Athletes can order custom apparel directly without coordinating a team order.
Bulk Team Orders- The most popular option for clubs and teams. Your team collects orders and payment internally, then submits a single bulk order with product selections and sizes. All apparel ships together to one location, where your team manager distributes the kits.
