Free returns & exchanges apply exclusively to full-priced merchandise for domestic orders only.
Refund eligibility applies exclusively to full-priced merchandise for both domestic and international orders.
Sale items and purchases made with discount or promo codes higher than 15% are not eligible for refund. These items may be returned for store credit only, and are subject to a return handling fee paid by the customer.
Outlet items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or refund.

Bundles will be treated as full-price items and are eligible for free refunds, returns, and exchanges unless purchased with any additional discount code.
Condition & Packaging
All products must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached (in the same condition as it was received). While it's absolutely fine to try on items to check for fit, they must show no signs of wear or use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- deodorant marks
- make-up stains
- self tanner residue
- anti-chafe product traces
- human or pet hair
- strong odors (e.g fragrance or sweat)
If an item is returned with any of the above, we will not be able to accept it.
Issue With an Item?
We carefully inspect all items for marks/defects, but if for any reason your item arrives damaged, dirty, or not quite right, please reach out to our Customer Service team before wearing it or removing the tags, and we’ll be happy to sort it out for you. Once an item has been worn or tags have been removed, we may be unable to accept it for return.
Washed or Worn Items
If your return has been washed or shows signs of use beyond trying on, we’ll need to send it back to you, and will not be able to process a refund.
Return Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are worn, washed, damaged, or no longer in resale condition.

Processing time for returns and exchanges is 2-3 business days after the package has been marked delivered.
Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of return. If your preferred item is unavailable, you may either select a new item, or receive a refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Initiate a return or exchange here.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags. There are no refunds for items not in original condition or with damaged/missing parts (unless due to our error). Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Warranty Policy
At Wyn Republic, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 12-month warranty from the receipt date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or alterations. Only original, unaltered products are eligible. To file a claim, please contact our support team with proof of purchase. For additional assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service.
Dealer Merchandise
We only accept returns/exchanges from our website, not from dealer or partner stores. Contact the store directly for their policies.
