Please feel free to return or exchange your unworn, full-priced merchandise within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your product.

We offer FREE returns and exchanges (full-price items, discount codes, & domestic orders only). Please use the enclosed returns/exchanges card & return label or email supportAU@wynrepublic.com to initiate your return if they cannot be located. International returns/exchanges, please see below. 

*Free returns do not apply to SALES and PROMOTIONS. Shipping costs for returns (exchange or refund) on these purchases are at the customers expense.

Items purchased on sale (marked down items and sale pages) & international items can be returned via methods below, postage at buyers expense unless *final sale* is noted on product.

Items marked *final sale* cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with tags.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There will be no refunds on items that are not in original condition, or have damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Exchanges

At WYN republic, fit is key and we want you to ride and run in comfort. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery if you would like to exchange an item for a different size via email to supportAU@wynrepublic.com and send your original condition, tagged item to:

Items may be exchanged within 30 days if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please let us know immediately at supportAU@wynrepublic.com and include photos of the fault. We will repair or replace any defective items.

Exchanges are dependent upon stock availability at the time of return. If your requested size is not available, we will notify you and exchange for an item of the same value or issue a store credit.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued to you.

International returns/exchanges

For all international returns/exchanges, please use a traceable/trackable method and post to:

We will only issue your refund or exchange once your items are received. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with any international return or exchange. 

Dealer Merchandise

WYN republic can only accept returns or exchanges from the WYN republic website and not from dealer or partner stores. If you would like to return an item purchased via a dealer or partner store, please contact that store directly for their policies.
