WYNR has multiple meanings, but most importantly it's about our communal vibe that raises our tide, lifting potential in everyone. The true inspiration of this team comes from seeing each other in wynning action on a daily basis. Whether a WYNR breaking the tape in a race, or juggling two kids, a career, and Ironman training, we are here for mutual motivation, positivity and community.

Yes, you are automatically eligible to return to WYNR BUT you must submit the application form to guarantee your place. We need to confirm your plans, get your feedback and up-to-date information.
Yes, there is an annual membership fee that helps us cover WYNR event activation, meet up activities and other costs involved with running a global triathlon team. New member fees apply and returning members receive a discounted membership rate. These membership fees also unlock the following benefits.
Included as part of your annual WYNR membership:
- WYNR team Hi Velocity X Tri Suit, t-shirt, hat and swim cap
- Access to exclusive WYNR limited edition race and training kit at a heavily discounted price.
- Access to exclusive World Championship limited edition race suits

The WYNR program is an age-group based program ranging from beginners to elite amateurs. We treat everyone equally. We do not "sponsor" any athletes in this program. WYN republic has limited sponsorship budget to support a select few professional athletes. The WYNR program offers age-group athletes heavily discounted prices on official WYNR apparel and on-going discounts on WYN orders.
There is no free product available to WYNR athletes.
No! We have a wide variety of athletes of all abilities. Whether you're an age group champion or a beginner, we want you on WYNR!
First and foremost, interact and thrive off the community that is WYNR by attending at least one event in the calender year. We'd also expect you to be a good spokesperson for WYN republic in your local triathlon community.
Other expectations are:
- Race exclusively in the WYNR team kit
- Introduce new people to WYN republic and encourage them to apply for WYNR.
- Race clean and within the rules and set a good example to others.
No, if you accept your place on WYNR you may not be on any other industry teams. You may still race for your club team although unless the team wears a WYN republic branded race kit, we expect each WYNR member to race in the official WYNR kit.
Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age.
2025 APPLICATIONS
WYNR team applications will reopen on September 3rd, 2024.
The deadline for 2025 WYNR applications is September 15th, 2024.
